1. All Sales Are Final
Someone You Can Count On, LLC ("SYCCO," "we," "us," or "our") does not offer refunds after purchase. All subscription payments, including monthly and annual charges, are final and non-refundable. By subscribing to any paid plan on the SYCCO platform, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
2. Subscription Plans & Billing
- Recurring Billing: Paid subscriptions (Starter, Plus, Pro, and Business) are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize SYCCO to charge your payment method on file at the beginning of each billing cycle.
- Immediate Access: Upon payment, you receive immediate access to all features included in your chosen tier. Because the Service delivers digital AI-powered tools and resources that are accessible immediately, refunds are not available.
- Upgrades & Downgrades: You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription tier at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for the difference when downgrading.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing page in your SYCCO dashboard or by contacting us. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged for any subsequent billing cycles after cancellation.
- No refund or credit will be issued for the remaining time in your current billing period.
- After your current period ends, your account will revert to the free tier with limited functionality.
4. Free Tier
SYCCO offers a free tier with limited daily messages and features. We encourage all prospective users to try the free tier before committing to a paid subscription. The free tier allows you to evaluate the Service's capabilities at no cost and with no obligation.
5. Failed Payments
If a scheduled payment fails, we may attempt to charge your payment method again. If the payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended or downgraded to the free tier. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment information is accurate and up to date.
6. Affiliate Commissions
Affiliate commission payouts are separate from subscription billing. Commission payouts are processed after the referred user's payment has been confirmed and are subject to the terms of the SYCCO Affiliate Program. Commissions are non-refundable once paid out.
7. Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and directly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
8. Exceptions
In rare cases of documented service outages or billing errors on our part, SYCCO may, at its sole discretion, issue a credit toward future service. This is not guaranteed and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Credits are not transferable and have no cash value.
9. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
